SEG A/S has delivered a complete SEGFlu® scrubber system for flue gas condensation and a 750 kW Thermax Absorption Heat Pump.

The system consists of:

• SEGFLu® two-stage flue gas scrubber
• Thermax Absorption Heat Pump
• SEGFLU® condensate purification systems
• Plate heat exchanger with SMO254 plates
• Scrubber pump for cooling water circulation, 100% plastic
• Fiberglass flue pipes
• All pipes and valves
• Various temperature, flow and pH sensors
• Control cabinet with Siemens PLC for condensate treatment
• Set-up, commissioning and handover

The plant complies with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's requirements for emissions from biomass plants, and levels of particles and heavy metals are below 10% of the limit values.
