Over the past 20 years, we have perfected heat recovery and process/comfort cooling with Thermax absorption heat pumps ranging from 500kW to 80MW.

With absorption cooling, we can recover heat from flue gases, process water, wastewater, geothermal springs and much more.

In this way, we can achieve large reductions in energy consumption and CO2 emissions and support the green energy production of the future

Typical applications:

• Flue gas condensation on biomass boilers
• Flue gas condensation on gas engines
• Geothermal water cooling – > District heating
• Cooling of process equipment with utilization of waste heat

Unique Features of Thermax Design

• Power range: up to 10MW Output per machine
• Automatic de-crystallization circuit
• All Thermax machines are equipped with Siemens S7 PLC with touch screen, user-friendly interface and data logging.
• All machines are also equipped with eWon remote monitoring.

Large range in power and temperature level

• Series or parallel coupling depending on the task
• Largest SEG absorption heat pump: 80 MW divided into 8 machines
• Minimum SEG absorption heat pump: 600 kW on a small machine
