We offer large electric heat pumps that are adapted to any task.

  • Air-Water heat pumps for outdoor air or waste heat
  • Water-Water heat pumps for seawater, wastewater, waste heat etc.
  • Hybrid heat pumps with a combination of different principles/refrigerants.
  • We advise on the choice of heat pump type, refrigerant and integration, and can also handle regulatory approvals and project applications.
  • Our solutions range from 200kW and up to 50MW. No task too big and no too small.

CO2 Heat Pumps from FENAGY

Fenagy's heat plum program ranges from 300 kW – 2,000 kW of heat capacity per unit. These units can be interconnected for installations up to 10 MW.

All heat pumps are designed with the specific setup of ejector and compressor technology to optimize system performance for customer-specific operational requirements. All components used are well-known quality components that meet industry standards and norms.

 

Unique features:

  • The stand is fully factory fitted as an integrated and complete solution
  • The frame is welded and surface treated
  • Pipes on the suction side are stainless steel (80 bar and pipes on the pressure side are steel (130 bar)
  • Compressors: Dorin or Bitzer
  • Optional frequency converters (VSDs) for stepless capacity control
  • Available as "air to water" heat pump (model AW) or "water to water" heat pump (model WW)
  • Insulation of pipes and vessels
  • Plate heat exchangers and injection valves assembled and mounted on frame (model WW only)

NOVA 110-880 Air-Water Heat Pumps

ThermoNova has developed the modular NOVA propane heat pumps within the last 3 years. The NOVA heat pumps are specifically targeted at smaller district heating plants and larger industrial customers.

  • Refrigerant: Propane
  • Power range: 100-800 kW
  • Compressor: Piston
  • Output temperature: up to 70 degrees

The NOVA heat pump has a unique structure that does not require a separate building for compressors. Each NOVA module comes complete with energy recorder, compressor, pumps, heat exchangers, valves and more. The Nova modules are mounted on a simple concrete foundation in series or parallel operation.

Thus, a NOVA heat pump has very low installation costs. A simple foundation, two flanges for the water circuit, as well as power supply. Then you're up and running.

Hybrid heat pump for seawater

SEG has developed the hybrid heat pump specifically for seawater and wastewater cooling in combination with biomass-fired plants.

With a SEG hybrid heat pump, a very high COP/efficiency is achieved

  • Heat sources: Seawater and wastewater
  • Power range: up to 60MW
  • Utilizes heat sources from 0-15 degrees
  • Flow temperature: Up to 80 Degrees C
  • SCOP: 6-7 depending on refrigerant

HTHP Water-Water heat pump for high source temperature

Thermonova has developed this heat pump, which is suitable for tasks with high temperature of the source product.

  • Heat sources: Flue gas, process equipment, biogas sludge, condenser heat
  • Utilizes heat sources from 15-55 Degrees C
  • Flow temperature: Up to 85 Degrees C
  • Serial coupling provides high COP

In flue gas condensation, HTTP, depending on operating conditions, will achieve a COP of 5-6.
